Dr. White started Biopsy Diagnostics in January of 2003 to meet patients’ and physicians’ needs for precise diagnoses in the shortest time possible. After graduating from Emory University, Dr. White received his medical degree from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He then completed a residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital followed by fellowships at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and Duke University Medical Center in surgical pathology and dermatopathology respectively. He was also an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pathology at Duke University Medical Center. He is extremely dedicated to caring for patients and his experience and training are second to none.
Dr. Zhu joined Biopsy Diagnostics in June of 2006. He has special expertise in the fields of gastrointestinal pathology and cytopathology. He spent the previous six years at the University of Michigan Hospital Health System, completing a four year residency in anatomic and clinical pathology followed by two one year fellowships in surgical and gastrointestinal pathology and cytopathology. Dr. Zhu has lived in the United States for 12 years. Prior to becoming a U.S. citizen, he worked as an internist in China. He attended medical school at Zhejiang University in China. He received a Ph.D. from Georgetown University and has performed research at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland.
Dr. Zhu has demonstrated his abilities as a top notch pathologist and is a great addition to the dedicated team at Biopsy Diagnostics.
Kevin ensures that medical practices using Biopsy Diagnostics are completely satisfied with the quality of service they receive. He is available 24 hours a day to respond to the needs of your practice. He holds a Masters degree in speech language pathology and has a wide range of experience in Network Administration in both the public and private sectors. Kevin is our HIPAA compliance officer.
Blaise ensures that medical practices in South Carolina and Georgia using Biopsy Diagnostics are completely satisfied with the quality of service they receive. He is available 24 hours a day to respond to the needs of your practice. He holds a Masters degree in Clinical Social Work and has worked in medical sales with Expeditor Systems of Alpharetta, Georgia.
Carla is the outreach associate for the coastal and lower regions of South Carolina. She grew up rural Ohio and graduated from The University of Akron. Bluffton, SC has been home for Carla and her family for the past several years. Carla obtained her agent’s license and ACSR Certification in property and casualty insurance in SC and has nine years experience working in the field of dermatology as a Surgical/Mohs technologist. She began with Biopsy Diagnostics in 2005 as the Director of Administrative Affairs and has recently joined the outreach team. Carla is readily available any time to answer questions and respond to the needs of your practice.
Ashley is the outreach associate for Southwest Georgia. Ashley grew up in the Southwest Georgia area and currently resides in Albany, GA. She graduated from Valdosta State University with a degree in Marketing and was also a member of Kappa Delta Sorority. Ashley ensures that all practices using Biopsy Diagnostics is completely satisfied with our service. She is available any time to answer questions and respond to the needs of your practice.
Cassie serves as corporate liaison to our couriers, shipping company, and Directors of Pathology Outreach. She manages the daily administrative responsibilities of the office. Cassie holds a Bachelors degree in Recreation, Parks, and Leisure Services Administration from Central Michigan University.
